The Villa was absolutely AMAZING! Not only was the space clean everything you needed was there and the views were BEYOND SPECTACULAR!! Sarah was very helpful and a great host and made the booking process easy. Lisa was a true gem she was very informative and responsive. She gave suggestions of where to visit and accommodated our needs. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here as it was such a great time.

We had an awesome vacation at Villa Pallina. The Villa was gorgeous and exceeded our expectations! The home accommodated our every need! The location was perfect. We felt very secure in the beautiful, gated community.
We relaxed every morning on the balcony with beautiful views overlooking Megan’s Bay. Also, a perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets each evening.
We enjoyed in villa massages from Spa To Go. Northside Grind is only a few minutes away and is a must for delicious breakfast sandwiches. Root 42, on the same property, was great for casual dinners outside on the patio.
Warren G Taxi provided timely and reliable transportation for a dinner at Prime Steak on Paradise Point and to enjoy Banana Daquiri’s, and the view, at Mountain Top.
These were all suggestions from our Guest Services Manager, Lisa. Lisa was wonderful. She was friendly and always there for us.
We would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Pallina! Many thanks to Sarah and Lisa!

The pictures are beautiful and the reality is even better! The location is breathtaking and the house is amazing. The attention to detail is phenomenal (beach bags, yeti cups, etc) and it’s impeccably maintained by the property manager Lisa. One of the best rentals we have ever had!!

My family and friends stayed at Pallina for 10 great days. The house and grounds were just as shown and described on VRBO. This is the 8th house we've stayed at in the same neighborhood and was by far the best.
Lisa, the property manager was great to work with and made sure everything was perfect with us including updates on bad weather.
We'll be back to this property as soon as possible. The owners did an amazing job with EVERYTHING.

We stayed here for three weeks.
Best vacation of our life - amazing villa, beautiful location and both the owner/ [property] manager (Lisa) were super nice and responsive.
House is very cozy, well decorated and you cannot ask for any thing more.

House is gorgeous! The list of great things about the house is never ending. Views are amazing, unobstructed views of the ocean from nearly every part of the house. Very well stocked with appliances / utensils / pool items etc. Pool area is beautiful and great to hang out in. The house even has 3 different "dining tables" large enough for a group. Best part of our stay was the hospitality we received. Couldn't have asked for a better host!

Simply fabulous! We just returned from our stay and my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The Villa was pristine and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need ( and want!) Yeti’s for all, pool towels and many floats, beach towels , chairs, umbrella, beach bags, games , every kitchen gadget you could possible think of… THE VIEW is breathtaking from every room and balcony in the house, the pictures do not do it justice. The decor was very tasteful , modern- boho- coastal, just beautiful, even the laundry room. Upon arrival, music was playing throughout the house , kitchen stocked with all of provisions that Dorene picked up. She even went back out to the store in search of the handful of items that were “out of stock” and found them! Lisa was proactive, had great recommendations and was always a text away. A few other things we were very happy with-Chef Marshal Bishop cooked two meals ( fantastic!) and Warren G taxi coordinated our car service each day. Book it, you won’t regret!

We booked this house almost a year before actually going. We found this one that seemed to stand out from the other ones for its location and all the good reviews it had.
After booking, we were quickly put in touch with Lisa the local concierge hired by Sarah, the owner, to take care of her property and her guests. Right from the beginning Lisa made sure we feel like valued guests and that our stay will be comfortable. She helped us with getting groceries for when we arrive (at a small cost) and helped us book fun activities around before our arrival.
That being said, nothing prepared us for the actual day when we arrived. Lisa knew what time we were arriving at the airport and from there everything went into second gear. She made sure we get to the house safely and gave us good tips on how to get there as the roads can be tricky to negotiate at night if you never drove there. The second we pulled into the driveway with our cars we knew it'd be a lot more special than we originally thought. It felt like we rented a beautiful upscale resort just for ourselves. We are used to nice things and put lots of value into small attentions and the quality of everything. Normally when you rent a place, it's rare that it will match what we're used to in our everyday life and it totally did. When we stepped foot inside the house we were blown away at how clean it was, everything staged perfectly, the music running and the breathtaking view of the ocean in our faces. Absolutely magical!
The kitchen is stocked like I've never seen before for a rental place. Everything is labeled, and everything in the house is good quality. You can tell the owner has a good eye for design. From the custom cups, to the beach chairs, even the towels were great. They also have a Sonos sound system for the whole house. I swear, absolutely everything is there to make our stay the most comfortable.
Beds are super comfortable, 2 washers and dryers, big kitchen and huge dining tables, the pool is beautiful and the views are out of this world. I highly recommend this place. We are planning to go back in the next year or so and are looking forward to deal with Sarah and Lisa again.

Absolutely beautiful home in one of the most picturesque and desirable island in the world.
Sarah is fantastic and we greatly enjoyed being guests in her vacation home. The property is gorgeous and laid out very well. Immaculately clean. Panoramic views from every room. Wonderful sound system. Excellent outdoor spaces to enjoy the beauty of St. Thomas.
We would love to to return here in the future! Highly recommend.

Better than pictures! Experiencing the villa and Magen's Bay in person is the only way to do it justice. Immensely private and well stocked - you could never see another soul if you choose not to, and everything you could possibly need (and more) is already on site! If you want to cook a feast for your family, ITS ALL THERE! Coffee on the balcony overlooking the bay in the morning, a few cocktails on the sun deck for sunset, and dinner outside by the pool: we did this every day of our trip! Magen's Beach is 5minutes away, easily one of the best beaches I've ever been to! To top it off, the house manager Lisa is a rockstar! Expect ideas, suggestions, and guidance throughout the trip - you'll never feel like you're flyin' blind in a new city! My family is already looking at dates for a repeat trip in 2023!

This property is top notch. It is gated and safe. Landscaping is not just beautiful it should be a tour on its own. The view is an inspiring 180 degrees with perfect water and all the yachts anchored within view. The Pool and both covered and sun lounging areas have comfortable furniture within easy access to the lower casita.
The house: perfect in everyway, living, kitchen, bedrooms baths and ouside balcony all leave nothing to be desired. The house was spacious enough for 5 couples and our identical twin infant granddaughters. It is a distance to restaurants but you never want to leave the house.
