Refund Policy

Pallina’s refund policy is as follows: Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 47.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 30 days away.
